Teams can expect to cultivate creative and cooperative energy, support for the work they do together, and increased workplace satisfaction.

In the Values Conversations package, I will guide your team through a six-hour course that will teach them the art of drawing out core values in conversations using a trauma-informed framework. From learning to draw out and connect customer values with your offerings to creating a deeper camaraderie and workplace satisfaction, this training can help your organization discover and focus on what is most important to those who work in and utilize it. The training can be completed in one eight-hour, day-retreat setting or split into two to six units, depending on your organizational needs.
