You're going about your business, organizational or personal, and everything is fine... until it's suddenly not. Maybe what woke you up was a conflict with others around you, or maybe from within. Perhaps it was when your pathway forward hit an unanticipated brick wall. Maybe people you needed backed out on you. Whatever your catalyst, you unexpectedly wondered, "What in the world is this for? What am I going to do? Is there anything left of me to figure it out?"

In my more than a decade in single and multisite organizational leadership, I have been to and through that place. I have felt that draining sensation like my organization has become my personal vampire and the terrifying emptiness that makes you wonder if you have anything left to offer yourself, your family, and your friends, much less your organizational life.

I cannot imagine we are meant to live that way, drained of meaning and direction. More importantly, my experience tells me there is a way through, a central source in life that, when we're connected with it, guides and sustains each of us, personally and organizationally, according to our unique make-up and call to life.

When I was in need, a guide came alongside me who helped me learn to transform and find new direction. Now, I want to help you, personally and organizationally, reconnect to that central source, find your unique pathway forward, and live vibrant lives.
