In Individual Spiritual Direction, I will guide you through your experiences into increased awareness of the Divine within and without, amplifying your sense of meaning and freedom in life.

Sessions are 1 hour, between once a week and once a month, depending on your preference.

Sessions may include guided meditations, contemplation, dream interpretation, and dialogue. Our time together is a collaborative process focused on discerning how your unique experience of the Divine presence invites you forward into life. I am here to highlight your experiences in a reflective way, ensuring you feel heard and understood so that you may consciously and freely respond to your sense of Divine inner direction.

It is common for people in this process to experience expansions of their image of the Divine, transformations of their self and world images, an increase of awareness of the Divine in routine life with a corresponding increase in felt meaning in life, and confidence in their inner sense of direction.

In Group Spiritual Direction, I will guide your group through your experiences into increased awareness of the Divine within and without. This will amplify your sense of meaning and freedom in life and teach your group how to support one another in that endeavor.

Sessions are 1.5 hours, between once a week and once a month, depending on your group’s preference.

Sessions may include guided meditations, contemplation, dream interpretation, and dialogue. Our time together is a collaborative process focused on discerning how individual, unique experiences of the Divine presence invite individuals within your group forward into life. Using a tripod structure, your groupmates and I highlight the individual’s experiences in a reflective way, ensuring they feel heard and understood so that they may consciously and freely respond to their sense of Divine inner direction. Additionally, groupmates gain the skills needed to listen deeply and hold space supporting one another in this movement toward freedom in the Divine.

Does your organization rely on people to host deep, meaningful, spiritual conversations, but would-be volunteers feel hesitant because of a lack of knowledge and experience? I have felt that debilitating worry myself, and it shouldn't be a barrier to hosting some of the most meaningful conversations a person can ever have. In Sacred Conversation Training, I will help your people learn how to initiate, welcome, and sustain deep, meaningful spiritual conversation in a trauma-informed framework.
My training is six hours and can be split into a number of units to fit the scheduling needs of your group. Each unit teaches an underlying mindset for deep spiritual conversation, engages in experiential learning, and ends with a time of group reflection on our learning.
